Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Contact form: your name, email address, the service you’re interested in, and any message you send us.

- Payment information: payments are processed directly by Acuity Scheduling. We do not collect or store your card number ourselves; that information is handled entirely by Acuity under their own security and privacy practices.
- Photos and videos: for styling services or the Color Concierge add-on, you may occasionally send photos or videos by text or email for review. These are used only to provide styling guidance.
- Website usage data: like most websites, glassfaultstyling.com is hosted on WordPress.com, which automatically collects basic technical information from visitors, such as browser type, device type, approximate location, and pages viewed, through its built-in Jetpack site statistics. We do not use Google Analytics or the Meta/Facebook advertising pixel.
